Your Blissborn Homestudy kit comes with a 246-page Parent Manual, a packet of useful handouts, a way to practice with pain once you’ve mastered the hypnosis skills to get you there, and a USB Flash drive that contains the Blissborn Movie, and lots of MP3 recordings: five sets of audio classes (about an hour each) and their accompanying hypnosis practice audio recordings (plan on practicing about 25 minutes a day most days), plus bonus hypnosis recordings (a 10-minute quick practice, a couple for use on the way to your birth place, a looping track for use in your labor and birth, and postpartum recordings for continued practice and healing).
